Bio
Wallace is from Mount Pleasant, South Carolina and graduated from Wando High School. He later attended the University of South Carolina in Columbia, South Carolina and was initially admitted to the Georgia bar in 1986 after graduating from Georgia State University College of Law in Atlanta, Georgia.
Experience:
He concentrated his practice in criminal defense, family law, personal injury and general civil litigation. He worked with Pat Dixon, Jr. of counsel with Kendall, Kendall and Hurst and later with Franklin, Moran and Boyle before staring a solo practice.
He later moved to Houston and handled complex litigation matters for former energy giant Enron, then commercial real estate acquisitions and development with mega wireless infrastructure company Crown Castle International for nearly a decade and a half. He now returns to Atlanta to resume his legal career specializing in Wireless Consulting and Real Estate and Property Law, Criminal Defense, Family Law, Personal Injury and Civil Litigation.
Community Involvement:
He is a founding member of Men of Action Lowcountry (Mount Pleasant, S.C. 2016), a community grassroots non-profit organization that mentors youth and provide social and educational interaction with local businesses and civic organizations, a member of the Drew Park Community Redevelopment Area Advisory Committee (Tampa, Florida), Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., The Hiram E. Mann Chapter of the Tuskegee Airmen (Walterboro, S.C.), Military Lodge #29 of the Prince Hall Masons (Washington, D.C.), The African American Historic Settlement Commission (Mount Pleasant, S.C.) and a member of Greater Goodwill A.M.E. Church. He is a certified youth mentor through Be A Mentor, Inc. He is married to Tammy and has a daughter Kennedy, a junior at Yale University.
